Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information is emailed when available; the carrier may need additional time to show the first scan.
Estimated transit time
Estimated transit time is 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier conditions, customs, weather, holidays, and remote destinations can affect arrival.
Shipping rates
- Order subtotal under USD $36: USD $6 shipping.
- Order subtotal of USD $36 or more: free standard shipping.
The checkout summary shows the final shipping charge and any applicable taxes before payment.
Destinations and split shipments
Available destinations and delivery methods are confirmed at checkout. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels.
Address changes, damage, or missing parcels
Check your address before checkout. Email support@komelie.com promptly with your order number if the address needs correction or a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive. Keep the packaging and send clear photos for damage or missing-component reports.
International orders
When cross-border delivery is available, destination duties and import charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states they are included.
