What currency does Komelie use?

Store prices are shown in USD unless another currency is clearly displayed.

Can I change my order?

Email support@komelie.com as soon as possible. An order may no longer be changeable after dispatch.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Processing normally takes 3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–15 business days in transit.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is USD $6 for order subtotals under $36 and free for order subtotals of $36 or more.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Returns and refunds

What is the return window?

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

When will an approved refund be issued?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your provider may take additional time to display the credit.
